Restaurant District Managers

Hardee's, located throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas, has immediate openings for District Managers.
 
Preferred candidates must have the ability to provide leadership and must be committed to Customer Satisfaction! Great Communication Skills and a Positive, Enthusiastic Attitude are also a must!



Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for 5 - 6 restaurants for a fast growing company. Utilize experience to teach and coach General Managers. Manage and lead all areas of operations for Hardee's restaurants located throughout their district, ensuring each restaurant is set up for success in regards to delivering excellent service and food quality, profitability, sanitation, safety and cleanliness. Ability to identify potential and/or existing operational opportunities and initiate, develop and ensure the successful implementation of the appropriate solutions and measure the results. Responsible for P & L Communicate and ensure the training of all aspects of the company's programs and standards to management and hourly Team Members. Responsible for building strong and effective teams. 




Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Multi-Unit leader Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communications skills. Consistent and proven track record for strong leadership skills in conjunction with a commitment to operational and training systems, as well as, the company and its philosophies and people practices. Passion for people, excellent service and high quality food
