Currently there is a great management opportunity available. We are now interviewing general manager candidates for our location on Green Lake.

Minimum Qualifications for General Manager position:
- 2 or more years of full-service restaurant or retail management experience
- Experience managing store operations with annual revenues exceeding $600,000
- Overtly positive management style

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Training and educating staff on expectations and policies
- Communicating and delegating appropriate responsibilities to employees
- Leading successful shifts
- Applying uncompromising standards to the product we serve to our customers
- Meeting operational goals and maintaining a profitable restaurant
- Monitoring and managing store staffing levels and needs
- Evaluating employee performance and providing direct feedback
