BRM Foods, Inc. operates 20 facilities which include 8 multi-branded units with KFC/Taco Bell and KFC/Long John Silvers. Currently, we have Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Unit Manager (AUM) positions available in the Central Arkansas area. We offer competitive salaries, medical and dental insurance, retirement plan, and growth opportunities.

 

RGMs and AUMs oversee all aspects of the daily operations including customer service, productivity, food and labor costs, inventory control, staffing and training.

RGM candidates should have 2 years of recent experience as a General Manager in a restaurant and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Food Safety Training is a plus.

 

AUM candidates should have 1 year of recent experience as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Food Safety Training is a plus.
