The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will lead the restaurant in the absence of the GM. The Restaurant General Manager will report to the District Manager and work closely with applicable support functions as required by the DM. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:   Proven restaurant coach / mentor / teacher. Proven ability to build & lead successful teams. Significant experience in one or more of the following areas Casual Dining Family Dining Buffet Proven Stability - Has worked for no more than two companies in the last 5 years. Desire to move up the ladder by hiring and developing people who are better than he/she is. Ideal Personal Profile:We want positive, active thinkers because we recognize we live in a time of constant change.
