Restaurant General Managers & Assistant Managers

Preferred candidates must have the ability to provide leadership and must be committed to Customer Satisfaction! Great Communication Skills and a Positive, Enthusiastic Attitude are also a must!


Responsibilities include the following:

Responsible for managing a restaurant in a fast growing company. Utilize experience to teach and coach Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew. Manage and lead all areas of operations for Hardee's restaurant, ensuring restaurant is set up for success in regards to delivering excellent service and food quality, profitability, sanitation, safety and cleanliness. Responsible for P&L, budgets and cost controls in regards to food, beverage and labor goals. This includes implementing and practicing proper payroll procedures. Responsible for building strong and effective teams.  Communicate and ensure the training of all aspects of the company's programs and standards to management and hourly Team Members.



Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent restaurant management experience at the general management level.  Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communications skills. Consistent and proven track record for strong leadership skills in conjunction with a commitment to operational and training systems, as well as, the company and its philosophies and people practices. Passion for people, excellent service and high quality food
