The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will lead the restaurant in the absence of the GM. The Restaurant Management Team will work closely with applicable support functions as required by the DM. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:   Proven restaurant coach / mentor / teacher.
