RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job requirements: - 1 to 2 years experience in restaurant management - P & L experience - Hard working and customer service oriented - Have great interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment - Flexibility; able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays

 

Responsibilities: This position will support and assist the General Manager.  This is a  "hands-on" position including all areas of the restaurant environment(BOH & FOH). Your duties include but are not limited to monthly inventory,profit and loss statement, ordering, hiring and training of employees andcustomer service.
