The qualified trainee will exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees".Total Compensation Packages up to:Restaurant General Managers - $45,000 Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated success supervising and training 30 or more employees. * Proven skills in analyzing P&L information and taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations * Proficiency in Web based a computer applications, MS Outlook and Excel and overall computer skills. Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation* Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends and a minimum of 50 hours per week* Relocation is required for most Travel Stop positions - ability to relocate in a multiple state region will accelerate promotion options. Successful applicants will be required to complete Love's Manager Trainee Program and achieve acceptable results in order to qualify for a Store Manager assignment.
