We are opening 8 fast paced fine dining restaurants in our NYC location and are looking for experienced industry professionals to join our Management Team.

 

We are looking for GENERAL MANAGERS, ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGERS and MANAGERS WITH:

· A Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager in a fast paced fine dining restaurant

· Prior experience with a restaurant POS systems; knowledge of Micros a Plus

· Experience in conceptual food and wines is a plus

· A passion for food and wine

· A professional appearance

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
