Assistant Manager - Job Preview (must have 1 year restaurant/food service management experience)Assist the general manager with hiring processes and staffing decisions. Support sales efforts. Contribute to the success of the restaurant by managing operations according to Cosi standards, policies and procedures. Coordinate inventory control and management procedures, quality control projects and physical inventories. Assist with P&L reporting. Will be required to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

 

Shift Leader  is a unique full-time hourly opportunity for hard working individuals with managerial experience who will work to support managers and be trained to acquire a skill set to be promoted to a salary management position.
