About the Company
We are a franchisee of McDonald's restaurants in San Antonio, Devine and Lytle; offering highly competitive wages, bonus plans and a comprehensive and innovative benefits package. We have been in McDonald's for 32 years. We currently operate 11 restaurants and will be opening three new restaurants and we have several positions to fill.

Our ideal candidates have 1 to 2 years of prior restaurant, hospitable management/ supervisory experience. In addition, you must have the desire to succeed, to lead and work well with others, effective communication skills and commitment to customer service.
