Restaurant Operations Manager

To engage the hearts and minds of every staff member ensuring consistent execution and delivery of food and beverage while enhancing the guest and staff experience at every opportunity.

Duties:

* Hire talented individuals training them to deliver our products and services with warmth and enthusiasm

* Meet restaurant financial objectives by encouraging salesmanship at every level, delivery of great products and services and maintaining or exceeding budgeted sales and profit goals. Maintain margins while providing sufficient equipment and products to execute the experience

* Maintain a spotlessly clean building

* Perform timely and accurate assessments of the business and the staff using company provided systems and processes

* Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and improving food, beverage, and service offerings;

* Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
