Landmark X, LLC, a Culver’s franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager/Partner to lead its team at the new locations in Chandler and Gilbert, Arizona.

This individual will report directly to the President who is responsible for franchise development strategy, execution and operations.  Responsibilities include participation in Franchisor’s 16 week training program, managing day-to-day restaurant operations and requires working knowledge of all disciplines involved in pre-opening and operations of quick service casual restaurants. 

Prior restaurant management experience is required; multi-unit experience preferred.  An offer for employment is contingent on the selected candidate successfully completing Franchisor’s preliminary evaluation program and approval by Franchisor.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, demonstrated leadership, and a desire to become involved in an entrepreneurial environment.  Educational background including a Bachelor’s degree in food service, hospitality or business is preferred.  Prior restaurant management experience is required; multi-unit experience a plus.
