Retail Technology Analyst

The Subway® Group, franchisor of the #1 restaurant chain in the U.S. and Canada, has more than 29,100+ restaurants worldwide – and still counting! We are looking for an “Retail Technology Analyst” to join our World Headquarters team in Milford, CT.

The Retail Technology Analyst position is primarily responsible for providing analyst support for new and existing hardware and software for Subway® restaurants. Duties include, researching, identifying, and testing new hardware/software, analysis and creation of test plans, cases, manual and automated test scripts, identifying, recommending and implementing QA and related process improvements, and providing 3rd level support for the Help Desk. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required and 1+ years of related experience. Must have basic knowledge and experience with QA methodologies and implementation as well as knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
