Qdoba Mexican Grill, a national chain of fast casual, upscale restaurants, is looking to add a few quality management candidates to our Winston-Salem/Greensboro, NC teams!!!!!

Our recruitment needs are for professional, upscale, quick serve restaurant managers who want to be part of something bigger! We have high expectations of our managers! Please read below to see if you’re a fit!!

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a fast food or fast casual environment.

-Growth and career-oriented

-Hands-on management style

-Positive personality (do you love the restaurant business?)

-Proven job longevity

-Strong communication skills-bilingual abilities a plus

-Accounting, fiscal, and computer proficiency

-Profit and Loss exposure and/or responsibility

-The ability to teach other’s and to provide promotion with in.

-You must be able to pronounce our name-Qdoba correctly!! (Here's a hint...Cue-Doba)
