REPORTS TO: CEO and CFO

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: To support both the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer in administrative and communication functions

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFOMaintain complete confidentiality with sensitive business informationRenew liquor license applications for each storeEnsure press releases are timely and communicated to the appropriate partiesHelp communicate organizational changes to both internal and external sourcesCompose letters and correspondences to both internal and external sources and vendors Create spreadsheets and documents as directedCoordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the CEO and CFOMaintain organization of files and dataComplete additional duties as directed by the CEO and CFOProvide administrative support to as needed to the entire executive teamOrder office supplies and keep an inventory of supplies including paper and tonersKeep track of company American Express purchasesCompile and send franchise packages
