Baja Fresh is hiring Shift Managers for the restaurants in Columbus!

The Shift Manager supervises, coordinates, and participates in the activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as Shift Manager include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Train Cashiers and Dining room attendants

* Delegate cleaning assignments to the front of the house Team Members.

* Provide consistent Quality, Friendly, Positive Customer Service

* Follow the primary responsibilities of the Cashier position

* Maintains a clean and sanitary restaurant

* Completes Inventory

* Performs daily walkthrough checklist

* Performs monthly safety meetings

* Promotes team work among Team Members

Directly supervises 4 to 6 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
