Play a key role in our future success: Job Description Provide top level support and direction for Enterprise Active Directory, Intel Server, and Messaging Environment Work closely with application support personnel to support business critical systems Collaborate with team members to create and implement corporate policies for Enterprise authentication and messaging platforms Build and support server platforms (both physical and virtual) for use by business and application deployment Represent team in corporate projects/initiatives Participate in Planning and Execution of Disaster Recovery drillsNecessary Ingredients: Preferred: Bachelors degree, Technology A+, MCSE; MCSE+I 4 + years total systems experience: 3+ years in Windows NT/Windows 2000/2003 and Messaging Administrative support. 3 + years experience in TCP/IP, Internet Technologies, Network Technologies 2 + years’ experience in server and OS performance tuning and monitoring strategies. VMware ESX virtualization technologies and strategy preferred Extensive knowledge of Windows NT/2000/2003 architecture, and technologies such as NT Domains, IIS, Site Server, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, WINS and their practical applications in real world scenarios. Detailed Exchange/Active Directory troubleshooting and maintenance experience required. Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server setup/administration a plus NAS-SAN experience a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft’s technologies and directions. Experience with; Windows Scripting, Clustering Concepts, support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Server Operating Systems, support and troubleshooting of Intel Server Hardware including RAID technologies, Microsoft Office software products, Blackberry Enterprise Server Flexible schedule and available for after hours--REQUIRED. Excellent oral and written communications and customer service skills.
