This salaried position assures the efficient operation of the restaurant, develops and implements plans for optimizing sales and profit. Is responsible for hiring, training, and continuous development of the team members in the restaurant.  Accountabilities include items such as quality service, sales & profits, cleanliness, maintenance, training, administration, employee relations, staffing and performance management.
