Training & Systems Development Specialist (Subject Matter Expert)

 We are currently seeking a Training and Systems Development Specialist (Subject Matter Expert) for our growing Education/Training and Development Department.

This position is responsible for assisting with the design, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of training curriculum and materials.  This position works with management to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs.  Please read on for additional responsibilities and position requirements.

Essential Position Responsibilities

§ Assist with the design, development, coordination of training curriculum and materials.

§ Assist with the development of classroom based, leader led development programs, including computer based training (development and facilitation)

§ Review, maintain, revise and assist in the enhancement of existing training materials/content (Prep & Cookbooks)

§ Participate in Special Projects and other duties as assigned

 

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

§ 1-2 years of full service restaurant operations experience/knowledge

§ 1-2 years Instructional/Facilitation training experience desired

§ Demonstrated excellent English written and verbal communication skills

§ Subject Matter expert (FOH/BOH)

§ Advanced computer experience: Proven experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

§ Experience with Photoshop a plus

§ Bi-lingual Spanish desired. Some Travel required (25%)
