What will you be doing?

An Assistant Manager will maximize sales and profits, minimize costs and create an environment that promotes excellent quality of work life for all associates while managing all aspects of store operations, including providing excellent customer service and giving customers an outstanding first and lasting impression of West Marine.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating and environment where all their associates exemplify West Marine's

What are we looking for?

1-2 years retail experience preferred.  Previous Supervosry Exp. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to lift 40lbs to shoulder height unassisted. Must be able to spend at least 8 hours a day walking and or standing. Boating, Fishing, and/or Water Sport Knowledge a plus!
