AMTICO INTERNATIONAL - COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER

Job Purpose:
The ability to build sales by developing relationships in commercial flooring markets that supports a 2 million sales potential market.
Duties:
* Maintains relations with commercial customers by providing support with sales orders, installation, merchandising, and deliveries.
* Obtains orders by explaining product benefits; finding ways to enhance floor space; reviewing business plans; analyzing sales volume; introducing new products; relays order to sales desk.
* Merchandises product by calling on the A&D community;doing lunch and learns and servicing flooring contractors and end users
* Promotes product.
* Expands business by opening new accounts.
* Informs management by completing reports; forwarding information on competitors.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Product Knowledge, Vendor and Customer Relationships, Channel Management, Reporting Skills, Product Management, Promotions, Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Negotiation, Understanding the Customer, Emphasizing Excellence
Must Haves:
Extensive Commercial Sales Experience in Flooring Industry.
Above Average Communication Skills both Written and Verbal.
Self-Motivated and able to exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit.
A proven track record in commercial sales environment with a strong customer network
