Job ID: 13156Position Description:We are currently looking for an AR Representative to join our growing team.Job duties will include:To accurately perform payment reconciliations for an Accounts Receivable portfolio ranging from 5 – 10K customer accounts from a database of 3.0M. The daily reconciliation expectation is between 50 – 150 payments with individual dollar amounts as high as $100K. These payments are processed through a customized SAP system that works in conjunction with Vistex Imaging and represents the majority of Grainger business (70%). The responsibility of this position is to ensure that the A/R portfolio is managed on a timely basis, within department guidelines, maintaining the highest level of accuracy, integrity and customer service.Position Requirements:- High school diploma with some completed college coursework preferred.- 1 year prior work experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable preferred.- Basic PC skills and the ability to use a 10 key calculator.- SAP experience a plus.- Good math aptitude and problem solving skills.- Maintain a record of good attendance.- Very good written and verbal communications skills - Organized self-starter with initiative.Grainger is a Fortune 500 company and the leading broad line supplier of facilities maintenance products serving businesses and institutions throughout North America with sales of over $5 billion.
