ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a retail professional with high-volume store leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have apparel merchandising experience; hardlines and outdoor gear experience are a plus.

Assistant Store Manager Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years retail experience managing a high volume store
-Experience supervising up to 30 employees
-Skilled at effective visual presentations
-Proven ability in store operations (receiving, hiring, payroll, scheduling)
-Ability to work a varied schedule
-College degree is preferred
-Willingness to relocate is preferred
