Twins Enterprise, Inc. is a family-owned company and leader in the licensed headwear and sporting apparel business.  The company’s licenses include Major League Baseball, National Collegiate Athletic Association, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association etc. 

 

Job Purpose:

  To plan and carry out customer service and account management activities in assigned regions in order to maintain and develop sales for all Twins Enterprise Merchandise. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clientsConsult with outside salesman to increase orderingPresent company products and services to current and potential clientsIdentify and resolve customer issues and concernsProvide the highest level of customer service to our retailers and outside sales forceCommunicate new products, service opportunities, and special developments effectively and efficiently to outside sales forceProvide on-the-job training to new sales employeesHandle all “Hot Market” ordering. Support the entire Account Services group i.e. phone support, order entry support, invoicing and other support capacitiesMaximize productivity and effectiveness of the customer service operation

*Other Duties and Responsibilities as directed

 

Qualifications:

  Strong writing, mathematical and communication skills required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and general database programs.  Ability to speak clearly and effectively on the telephone.  Must be a team oriented person willing to go the extra mile.
