Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in our Accounting Department. Job duties will include but not be limited to the following:Accounts receivable (credit memos, posting/tracking/reconciling payments)Collections (ongoing aging review, outbound collections calls)Daily invoice and cash receipts processingBuilding/maintaining solid working relationships with customersPerform other accounts receivable duties and responsibilities as required.



Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years prior accounts receivable/collections experience in an internal/accounting dept environment required. Strong customer service and problem solving skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to interact with customers, office personnel and management. Must be able to be tactful/diplomatic. Must have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical and required. Solid proficiency with business pc applications (MS Office) required. 10-key required. Knowledge/experience with MAS 500 a plus
