Responsibilities:Work with multiple data sources to extract information and pull into various reportsAnalyze data;develop data records to support home office and field team.Create and maintain various reports.Perform other general administrative duties.

Computer/Office Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.  Must have experience with h-look ups, v-look ups and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel.Able to operate typical office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.

Experience/Education:3-4 years experience in a fast paced office environment with administrative duties.HS diploma or equivalent required.Able to manage multiple tasks.Flexible and adaptable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Professional phone etiquette.  Accurate maintenance of filing system.
