Administrative Coordinator

Hamilton Jewelers is nationally recognized as a leader in the fine jewelry community with a reputation for integrity, value, and trust.  We are currently recruiting for full-time administrative support professionals for our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location.

This highly visible and fast-paced position requires ambitious candidates who can multi-task and prioritize duties effectively.  This role involves extensive personal interaction with internal clients, vendor providers, and other outside suppliers.  Includes a diverse range of administrative and office support functions.  Individual must possess excellent communication and organization skills, a flexible personality, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
