At Centennial Wireless, you would join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing our customers with state of the art technology and outstanding customer service.  Can you drive sales of Centennial Wireless services in a designated territory by managing a network of authorized dealers and agents.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop quarterly territory business plans  - Prospecting, recruiting, terminating dealers/ agents - Sales targets for each active dealer/ agent Develop a monthly territory review showing results and action plans  Identify, recruit, and manage dealers/ agents to optimize territory sales results Own the relationship between each dealer/ agent in a territory and Centennial  Maintain daily contact with dealers/ agents Visit each dealer/ agent on a frequent basis Conduct regular meetings with each dealer/ agent to review performance and identify action items for increasing productivity as needed  Provide outstanding and thorough product, services, promotions, procedural, and selling skills training to dealers/ agents and their sales personnel via regular group meetings as well as one-on-one sessions as needed  Develop incentive programs and tactics to motivate dealers/ agents to meet and exceed sales targets Support dealers/ agents by distributing and reviewing sales tools and marketing collateral Ensure proper branding, merchandising within dealer/ agent stores Optimize and ensure proper representation of Centennial within dealer/ agent stores  Provide assistance and expertise at dealer/ agent promotional events, trade shows, grand openings, etc. Effectively partner with other Centennial functional groups – such as Operations and Customer Care – to ensure consistent alignment and execution of procedures and processes Facilitate communication between dealers/ agents and all applicable functional groups within Centennial Manage the dealer/ agent commission process Resolve customer problems as well as dealer/ agent problems Reinforce Centennial policies and procedures Other duties as requested by managementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Demonstrated success in sales Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to analyze data to make decisions and develop business plans Education, Certification, Training and/or Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience Two years of field sales experience Successful sales record in current Centennial position Valid driver’s license Car, in good working condition, available for everyday use Car insurance About CentennialCentennial Communications (NASDAQ:CYCL), based in Wall, NJ, is a leading provider of regional wireless and integrated communications services in the United States and Puerto Rico with approximately 1.1 million wireless subscribers and 419,500 access lines and equivalents.
