Allocation/Replenishment/Inventory Manager

Position: Allocation/Replenishment/Inventory ManagerLocation: MI – Statewide  Our client is a leading/progressive retailer with 1000+ stores across the world. They are looking for a strong Inventory Manager candidate.  Responsibilities: Develop, oversee and analyze seasonal inventory flow plans. Identify and capitalize on inventory management opportunities and synergies to drive sales Analyze data, anticipate issues, forecast results, lead decision-making and plan accordingly to meet inventory-related business results, including review of weekly analysis of category performance. Supervise, train, and develop staff responsible for allocation and replenishment  Requirements: Experience in Allocation/Replenishment/Inventory Management at a senior level Bachelor's degree Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience Ability to analyze data and information from many sources to determine inventory trends and opportunities and to develop and implement an action plan to address the inventory trends and opportunities. Demonstrated openness to change, driving change and leading others through change.
