Represents the Retail organization on assigned projects. - Responsible for gathering and translating business needs into relevant documentation for assigned projects. - Ensures accuracy and timely completion of projects. - Troubleshoots and facilitates issue resolution. - Maintains user documentation and trains new hires on system functionality. - Provides reporting and analysis for specific operational metrics. - Conducts various data audits, including running ad hoc reports to identify and correct integrity issues.Requirements- 4+ Years of Related Professional Experience - Retail Business Analysis/reporting - Strongly Preferred experience with the following applications: Island Pacific, Arthur Planning, WMS/PKMS, SAP, eCommerce, I2 Planning, and Microsoft Office Suite of applicationsSkills- Project Management skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Superior attention to detail and accuracy - Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization - Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects/assignments simultaneously Vans is an equal opportunity employer and will make selection decisions without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability or veteran status.
