Anthropologie Direct - Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities:Expedite orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate delays. Communicate backorder delays with Call Center and Planner. Maintain Purchase Order Delivery and Receipts – close out open orders, maintain delivery date accuracy, and follow up on open balances. Create weekly and monthly Backorder report.Complete understanding of the Direct division Routing and Shipping GuidelinesCreate Catalog “Coverage Report� for each catalog.Set up new vendors in MACS. Set up styles in MACS and issue purchase orders.Ensure that all relevant vendors are set up to receive barcode labels from Checknet.Coordinate Invoice approval for letters of credit purchase orders.Addition of Landed cost from IP into Ecommetry.Offer Code maintenance in EcommetryFacilitate all Transfers between Stores and Direct.Coordinate customer service requests with Call Center and D.C.Create Cross Reference list for Retail Stores and Call Center.Create Square Inch measurements report for each catalog.Maintain weekly Web in Detail and Web sales trend reports.Daily faxing, filing, and general inventory office responsibilities.Various other projects, duties and tasks as assigned

Skills:MS OfficePrevious experience in retail would be helpful

Education: BA/BS Preferred
