Responsible for the management of multiple MetroPCS owned retail stores. This is primarily a direct retail sales management position with additional responsibilities for store associated customer service, inventory activities and possible repair of handsets. This position is responsible for generating revenue through direct consumer and small business new subscriber activation and on demand customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide that the retail stores are staffed and trained in accordance with the needs of MetroPCS, Inc.
Respond to all sales and customer issues.
Provide management, measuring and monitoring of all sales and non-sales tasks, direction, and motivation to store employee team to build a positive sales and service environment.
Be responsible for the performance and accounting measures necessary to run a successful business.
Adhere to all operational policies put out by the company and market specific objectives.
Complete all necessary sales reporting.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure company growth.
Partner with human resources to ensure all proper steps are being taken when dealing with personnel issues.

Minimum Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent related experience/education.
6 years wireless telecommunications sales experience with at least 3 years of retail management experience.
Bilingual applicants preferred.
