Area Manager-in-Training - (District, Region, Territory, Market, Division, Multi-Unit, Director)

We are seeking talented leaders in the Oklahoma City area to become a part of our fast-growing company.  Those who share our commitment to building an exciting business and supervising a team will enter our 90-day Area Manager-in-Training program to take on responsibility for 10 stores.  Upon successful completion, the candidate will be assigned to lead the store managers of one of our Areas.  As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for satisfying our customers through providing outstanding service, meeting financial objectives by executing our business strategies, building a strong organization and creating a challenging, but fun environment for our associates to work and grow.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this key management position, you will be accountable for the revenues, expenses and profitability of your entire Area.  You will be expected to:Set and champion the standards for providing outstanding service to all of our customers throughout your Area’s stores. Build and develop your associates so that they clearly understand our strategy, are thoroughly trained to execute our plans and are highly motivated to meeting our service and financial objectives. Create an environment that encourages your managers to consistently achieve strong results. Foster the concept of thoughtful planning and creativity for new ideas to help build our business within your Area stores and beyond.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

· Minimum of 3 years experience as a multi-unit leader in retail or a customer service related business.  (District, Region, Territory, Market, Division, Multi-Unit, Director).

· Previous success in driving a business and being responsible for results.(P&L responsibility).

· Ability to communicate easily and effectively and motivate at many levels.

· Strong leadership skills that you can utilize to build effective organizations

· Bachelor Degree in business management or related field.
