Asset Protection Manager - Albuquerque, NM

Position Description:

Conducts financial and store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Conducts internal investigations including incidents of theft, sexual harassment, substance abuse, etc. Prepares audit documentation ensuring it is relevant, complete, concise, and conclusive. Provides Loss Prevention and Audit training to store and distribution center associates. Serves as a liaison with local law enforcement. Performs risk management surveys and audits. Supervises store / business/ distribution center shrink reduction plan development and ensures implementation and compliance through store management / management reviewing compliance monthly. Develops and executes high shrink reduction action plans. Manages time to ensure resources are fully utilized and audits adhere to the department budgets. Performs safety awareness programs and follow-up on incidents. Reviews security and coordinates repairs and new installations of security equipment. Provides assessments of store performance and individual development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Accounting, and/or equivalent related work experienceAbility to travel up to 30% of the timeTwo years experience in a retail or similar environment as a store managerExperience analyzing and evaluating complex data sets in order to draw conclusions and make recommendationsExtensive knowledge and experience using CSK systems and proceduresConsistent history of exceeding company shrink and audit goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong multitasking skillsExcellent time management skillsAction oriented team playerStrong project management skillsSolution orientedProficient in the use of a personal computer
