Assistant Israel Online Store Manager (English/Hebrew) - Los Angeles

We're looking for someone who is an English and Hebrew-speaker and is excited by web development and who understands the technical, creative, and marketing capabilities and potential of the medium. You must know and understand the unique issues surrounding retail, e-commerce and online marketing in Israel.

As the Assistant Israel Online Store Manager you must be detail-oriented, a good writer and communicator, able to work independently and dependably. You must be able to break down a complex project into tasks, and then pull it all together. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, writers, web developers, and software developers. You must be exceedingly detail oriented - to the point of obsession. You must be willing to go the extra mile and driven to do a great job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for task management and project management of internally  developed web sites and e-commerce
Document functional specifications for designers and programmers
Ensure the highest quality of every project through adequate testing
Collaborate and guide a multi-disciplined team of experts
Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English and Hebrew
Minimum 2-3 yrs of project leadership experience
Familiarity with web software development
Expert familiarity with e-commerce, content management, and database- driven applications
Proven track record of successfully managing creative and technical team  members
