This begins with our Partners. We're looking for Partners that love Brighton! We're looking for excited, confident, talented and fun Assistant Manager to work in one of stores in California. As a Assistant Store Manager you would be responsible for:

- The recruiting, hiring and training of exceptional Sales Partners.

- Insuring that Brighton's customer service and selling standards are being practiced every day, with every customer!

- Achieving the stores financial objectives including the sales plan and payroll.

- Conducting meetings and maintaining our high operational standards.
