We're looking for an excited, confident, talented and fun Assistant Manager to work in our Park Meadows Store in Littleton CO.

As an Assistant Store Manager you would be responsible for:

- The recruiting, hiring and training of exceptional Sales Partners.

- Insuring that Brighton's customer service and selling standards are being practiced every day, with every customer!

- Achieving the stores financial objectives including the sales plan and payroll.

- Conducting meetings and maintaining our high operational standards.
