Assistant Manager - Retail

 Dedicated to making “Only the Finest® in boxed chocolates, we are looking for friendly, energetic professionals with a customer service driven attitude to work as an Assistant Manager in our Boonville, MO retail store. Job Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the store including:Staff supervisionLead & motivate employees Meeting sales/profit goalsControl expenses Inventory controlStock product displaying strong merchandising techniques Perform back office computer tasks which involve the use of a PCDisplay excellent customer service driven attitude Requirements:Background in retail store management preferred.  Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.Desire to be part of a performance-driven team.Able to work day, evening & weekend shifts as needed.Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds are required. Constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
