Assistant Manager/Manager Trainee Assistant Managers in our fine jewelry stores take part in directing the daily operations of the store, while progressing through company training programs in preparation for a Store Manager position. Key responsibilities include: Ability to lead the sales staff by exhibiting sales knowledge and training to achieve store sales goals Handling daily associate and customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence. Ability to provide outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg guest. Ability to balance the responsibilities of sales, leadership and store operations.Sales Professional The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients. Sales Associates are also responsible for executing and supporting company programs (i.e., Custom Design Shows, Extended Care Plan, e-mail addresses) to achieve sales volume goals.
