Assistant Store Manager/Retail Sales

 

Store Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Support issues relating to facilities management, equipment, systems, financial control, inventory management, human resources concerns, loss prevention, alterations, POS and shipping and receiving. Support and direct all retail management to ensure all retail facilities are in compliance with the company's operational policies and procedures. Achieve the store's sales and profit budgets through consistent sales motivation and expense control.

Requirements: Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) College Degree Preferred At least 5 years of retail experience Supervised minimum staff of 5 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

 

Assistant Manager/Assistant Jewelry Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Assist the store manager in payroll and other expenses. Maintain store safety Supervise the enforcement of company cash handling, loss prevention, store funds and deposit procedures Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floors and stock room Work with store manager to analyze product sales performance and inventory needs. Ensure that that sales associates are developing and maintaining long-term clients through effective use of customer service. Model exemplary selling techniques and customer service
