We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant General Manager at our Willowbrook Mall location. There are unlimited advancement opportunities in our company to become General Managers, District Managers, and Area Managers. Our Managers are charismatic leaders who contribute to the success of Teavana by motivating and developing a group of team members. All of our Assistant Managers are “Managers in Training.” You will be trained to understand and implement all aspects necessary to successfully manage the store in the Manager’s absence. You will learn advanced selling, recruiting, training, and inventory management skills while being groomed for advancement. You will guide Team Members to flourish in customer care and sales. As you mature, you will play a big part in the future growth of Teavana.
