INTRODUCING THIS OPPORTUNITY

Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position include the following:

Work with Meat Manager to improve operations Supervise, assist with evaluations, schedule and train associates Assist in the cutting and preparation of meat  Assist with ordering, inventory and merchandising of product Maintain Publix's high standards for product freshness Assist with the review of weekly sales ad to ensure that all products are represented Reinforce all company policies and all local, state and federal guidelines Reinforce sanitation, security and safety guidelines Assist customers and complete other duties as may arise 

Required Qualifications: The required qualifications of this position include the following:

Be at least 18 years old One year experience meat management and demonstrated knowledge of meat operations.  This knowledge can be demonstrated by a successful interview Knowledge of retail food merchandising and inventory control Excellent verbal communications skills and numerical aptitude Able to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems

Compensation:

Average annually at $43,500
