Assistant Recruiter

 Responsible for Multi-Task Administrative functions. Assist the Recruiting staff in maintaining files, generating reports (Management status reports and new store staffing reports, etc) Responsible for placing newspaper ads nationwide, posting open positions on company website and National Job Posting boards. Travel with National Recruiter to assist with staffing new and existing stores Assist National Recruiters when necessary with recruiting for existing and new store openings and corporate office recruiting. 

 Requirements:

 1-2 years of administrative experience. Retail experience is a plus. Must have knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be a quick learner and open to taking on new responsibilities. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Able to organize and prioritize work. Must be punctual and able to handle multi-tasks. Excellent communicative skills. Must be able to travel when necessary.
