Assistant Retail Store Manager

Position Description:
In this key position, you will be responsible for learning and applying all aspects of retail store operations, including employee supervision. You will be accountable for ensuring that every customer receives excellent service and all profit and sales goals are met. Additional duties include implementing in-store merchandising activities and maintaining a positive work environment for customers and co-workers alike. This entry-level position provides an excellent training opportunity to prepare the selected candidate for a career move into a Retail Store Manager position.

Position Requirements:
Keys to your success include: 18 years of age or older Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Reliability and high personal integrity Being computer literate Ability to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays 2 years of retail sales experience Success also requires dedication, the ability to learn quickly and excellent customer service and leadership skills. Retail experience, along with knowledge of pools, spas and related products, is a plus. A college degree is preferred.
