Assistant Salon Manager and Sales Associates

WE ARE GROWING!!!!!!  Bronze Tan Studios is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for high-energy sales pros with great communication and organization skills.  We are currently hiring for a full-time Assistant Manager and part-time Sales Associates.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED

* Must be 18 or older

* Great customer service skills

* Answers telephone courteously

* Responds to customer inquiries or takes down customer information to ensure

manager contacts customer

* Uses sale skills to communicate product information regarding tanning

packages, Gold Club membership, and tanning products to ensure customer’s

needs and sales goals are met. 

* Maintain cleanliness of salon by completing opening, daily, and closing

cleaning task lists, which consists of: cleaning beds and floors in tanning

rooms, and maintenance of front counter area.

* Help the Manager in completing salon paperwork

* Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours a week

* Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends

 
Assistant Managers: High paying hourly rate plus commission.

Sales Associate Requirements:

 
* MUST be 18 or older

* Must have steady availability and able to pick up extra shifts as needed


* Great customer service skills

* Answers telephone courteously

* Responds to customer inquiries or takes down customer information to ensure

manager contacts customer

* Uses sale skills to communicate product information regarding tanning

packages, Gold Club membership, and tanning products to ensure customer’s

needs and sales goals are met.

* Maintain cleanliness of salon by completing daily opening and closing

cleaning task lists, which consists of: cleaning beds and floors in tanning

rooms, and maintenance of front counter area.

 
Sales Associates: Hourly plus commission
