ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGEMENT TEAM POSITION

 

See’s is a leader in the confectionery industry with over 200 retail shops. We are seeking a highly customer service oriented, friendly outgoing individual to help manage our shop in Seattle at the Northgate Mall. Candidates will have a minimum of two years retail management experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.

 

As an Assistant Shop Management team member, you will be asked to place a strong emphasis on customer service excellence and to lead the shop staff by motivating and managing their development to achieve sales projections.

 

 ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS

 

1.  Current or recent management experience with See’s or other retail environment.

2.  Excellent Customer Service and Cash Handling Skills.

3.  Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

4.  Experience in recruiting and hiring.

5.  Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.

6.  Ability to assume responsibility for monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed for proper coverage according to company guidelines.

7.  Follows as well as enforces all company programs, policies and procedures.

8.  Strong merchandising skills.

9.  Satisfactory work performance in current position.

10.  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

11.  Ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales driven team.
