Assistant Store Management Opportunities

As Assistant Store Manager you will have many responsibilities, including opening and closing of the store and assist in all areas of running a location.

 

Primary Responsibilities

·  Opening and closing of store

·  Ensure Customer Service is #1 priority

·  Assist management in all areas of running and operating a retail establishment

·  Monitor and control store inventory

·  Assist with managing store staff’s performance through motivation, monitoring and coaching

·  Assist in recruiting and interviewing

 

Job Qualifications

·  Previous retail experience required

·  Minimum 2+  years of recent retail management experience needed to be considered

·  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

·  Priority to Customer Service

·  Problem resolution skills

·  Ability to multi-task

·  Merchandising skills

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office helpful

·  Flexible availability required
