This high-end specialty retailer is looking for a leader to assist in successfully managing their Fairfax location.  As the Assistant Store Manager, you will not only manage operations, drive sales, and train/develop a team, but also cultivate ongoing relationships with customers in an effort to stimulate future sales. 

 

It is an EXCITING time within this company, which is about to nearly double in size!  Opportunities may also be available in other locations around the Washington DC/Baltimore MD areas!!

 

The best qualified candidates will have: Previous store management experience:  You are a strong and capable leader with at least two years of retail management experience.  (Some hardlines experience preferred but not required.)Exceptional communication skills:  You can comfortably interact with all types of people in an outgoing and confident way.  High energy:  You enjoy what you do, and this excites customers and motivates your team!Drive:  You have demonstrated success in previous positions and take the initiative to meet/exceed goals in all that you do. Customer focus:  You represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.  You do everything you can to exceed the customer's expectations.Business acumen:  You know what it takes to run a thriving business, and you can analyze your numbers and strategize to come up with a plan for success.
