Assistant Store Manager / King of Prussia

A well known, national home furnishings/bed & bath specialty store is looking for a responsible, well-organized Assistant Store Manager to help continue in their success and growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 Assist in the recruitment, hiring and training of store staffManaging sales and operations, control expenses and payroll budgetsOverseeing merchandise placement and displaysImplementing company policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

 Must have AT LEAST 2 years management experience in a retail environmentAvailability to work the hours necessary to open and/or close the storeMust have excellent communication, organization and follow-through skills
